Since 1961

Nickels Speed Shop was the creation of a 14 year old car enthusiast in 1961. The support of his father combined with the drive to succeed, turned a young kid’s passion into a hot rod business. Fast forward to the eighties where a large wholesale effort became Nickels’ focus and the Speed Shop was shut down. Twenty years and several requests later, it became very apparent to bring back a “real” speed shop in the tri-city area.
